WHAT ARE OUR SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

We partner with multiple retailers who offer their store as a pickup location. The stores' locations are shown at checkoutZoomy's will contact you to let you know when your order is ready for pickup
 
 

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on local deliveries within 40km of Ottawa and all along Southern Ontario on orders that use a promotional coupon or that are over the minimum shipping amount for their shipping area.

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
 
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Ottawa Gatineau Region & Montreal Area:

Orders within the Ottawa and Gatineau region are shipped using rush same-day shipping. We always call and arrange for it to be delivered on a day when someone is home. The delivery will be left at your door or placed into a cooler if one is left out.
 

Southern Ontario:

Southern Ontario deliveries outside of Ottawa are delivered by refrigerated trucks on set days displayed at checkout. The delivery will be left at your door or placed into a cooler if one is left out. Upon special request, all failed delivery requests can be brought back to our warehouse, and redelivered at a later date
 
 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

Reorder from our retail partners

You can reorder your Zoomy's Special Diet from any one of our retailers, Best of all, it's simple!

Any Zoomy's: Special Diet that has the  "Enable "Order From Retailers'" option for the recipe. Here is how you do it:

  1. Log into your Zoomy's account, then click My Account >> Special Diets,
  2. Click 'Enable "Order From Retailers"'. This will allow our retail partners to search for your recipe. 

 

Once your Zoomy's: Special Diet is marked

  1. Go to or call the retailer that you would like to reorder your Zoomy's Special diet from.
